Got this laser for my deco store to make personalized paper cuts and fabric decorations. Well packaged and the instructions came with it helped me get it up and running in 30 minutes. I had it for weeks and figured out how to use it with a short learning curve. Works well once you get familiar with the software parameter settings. Great laser engraver cutter for beginners. So far all is well and Im very satisfied. Just be careful of the toxic fumes and smokes. A fume extractor should be a good option.
